About

My path to becoming a psychotherapist was anything but linear. It was shaped by a lifelong interest in creativity, spirituality, meaning, and transformation. Before entering the field, I worked as a writer, website developer, landscaper, and yoga teacher. These varied experiences grew out of my genuine interests as well as a persistent inner searching. More importantly, they deepened my curiosity about the human condition and the many ways people seek meaning and change.

Since 2009, I have worked as a clinical social worker in New York City across a range of settings, including hospitals, schools, homeless shelters, nursing homes, and community mental health clinics. In each of these environments, I provided psychotherapy to individuals and groups, helping people understand, navigate, and work through life's challenges.

In 2014, I established a private practice in Manhattan, where I began working more deeply with individuals and couples facing a wide variety of concerns. The setting of a private practice has allowed me the time and space to engage in psychotherapy in a thoughtful, collaborative, and soul-centered way, tailoring the work to each person's unique needs and inner life.

In 2026, I completed a six-year training program and became a Certified Jungian Analyst. This depth-oriented approach forms the foundation of my work as both an analyst and psychotherapist. Through practices such as dream analysis, active imagination, and the exploration of symbols and images, psychological symptoms and emotional struggles are approached not merely as problems to be solved, but as meaningful expressions of the psyche that may illuminate the path toward healing, growth, and individuation.
